Privacy and data protection.

Last updated: July 2026. This statement covers what pgcis.com collects and how PACHYDERM GLOBAL Critical Infrastructure Services handles it.

Who is responsible

For visitors in the EU/EEA, the data controller is PGCIS GmbH, Rahmannstraße 11, 65760 Eschborn, Germany (details in our Impressum). For visitors in the United States, the controller is PGCIS Texas Holdings LLC, Plano, Texas. For any privacy request, email [email protected].

What we collect, and why

Today, browsing this site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or cross-site tracking. We may add privacy-first, aggregate analytics that count visits without cookies and without identifying you; that requires no consent. If we ever introduce cookies or any tracking that does require consent, we will ask you first through a banner and will not set them until you agree. The contact page also loads Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check. It may store a short-lived technical token in your browser for that purpose alone. It is not analytics, and it does not build a profile of you or follow you across sites. If a submission fails, your browser also keeps what you typed just long enough to put it back into the form on the next page, so you do not lose your message. It stays on your device, is never sent anywhere, and is cleared as soon as it is restored or you move to another page.

Our host, Cloudflare, automatically logs standard technical data (such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request) to serve the site and protect it against attacks. We use this only for security and reliability, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Cloudflare handles it on our behalf under a data processing agreement; as a US provider, any transfer is covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

If you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you send: your name, email address, company, topic, and message. We use it only to reply and to take any steps you ask for (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We do not sell it or share it for marketing. When you use the form, two processors handle your submission on our behalf, each under a data processing agreement with the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in place: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a person and not a bot submitted the form, and Resend delivers the message to us as email. Neither uses your data for its own purposes.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires us to keep it longer. Server logs are retained only briefly for security.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or to restrict or object to how we use it, and you can withdraw any consent you have given. Email [email protected] and we will respond. If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority; ours is the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
